I’m a Product Designer with a focus on systems thinking, usability, and product strategy

I design systems for real-world operations.
My work sits between design, research, and product thinking, focused on platforms where tasks, workflows, and structure matter.
Before moving into product, I spent 15 years working in hospitality. Fast-paced environments, constant pressure, and a lot of manual processes. That’s where I learned to spot inefficiencies quickly, simplify workflows, and bring structure to messy situations.
Design was a natural progression.
Today, I specialise in operational platforms, particularly tools that deal with compliance, task management, and day-to-day coordination. I’m drawn to problems where clarity is critical, and where small design decisions directly affect how teams work.
I’ve led the design of large system features, from compliance frameworks to dashboards and internal tools, working closely with product and engineering to turn operational challenges into scalable solutions.
For me, design is not just about how things look. It’s about making work clearer, simpler, and easier to manage.
